At Café Lynn, we serve classic French country style-New Orleans cuisine including seafood, steaks, salads, and poultry. Our menu and daily specials always include fresh local faire such as, fish – usually redfish, speckled trout or red snapper; as well as jumbo Gulf shrimp, Duck Confit, lump crab cakes, Pan Seared Lamb Chops, pan seared quail, and filet mignon au poivre.
Many of our delectable entrees also have butter and cream sauce options. However, the real heart and soul of Chef Joey’s cooking is highlighted with light and simple ingredients – chopped garlic, parsley, and olive oil. You won’t find “trendy” menu items.
